This statements sums up the fact that the mind has a supreme influence over the body. It’s mind over matter and simply put; mind power means that we first think in terms of success before we manifest success. To begin this set of thinking, the student must concentrate on the positive rather than the negative. They must create a I CAN consciousness and an I WILL determination. Once that is firmly set in the student’s mind. They must develop an I WILL attitude. By setting your goals I.E professional goals in work, fitness goals, or simply a upcoming competition you want to win. The student must know exactly what they want to achieve and then set their mind accordingly. The next step is to develop a DO IT NOW attitude. Stop procrastinating and put your plan into action. Before you know it, your goals are achieved which is ultimately what you set out for in the first place.
