Kenyoku-ho is the method of dry brushing.

It cleanses the aura.

This technique is used to reinforce our internal energy. Increase the energy field.

1. Place your right hand on your left shoulder and go down slowly in a diagonal to the right hip.

2. Place your left hand on your right shoulder and go down slowly in a diagonal to the left hip.

3. Now, place your right hand on your left shoulder. The fingers straight, slowly descend all along the left arm to your hand and fingers.

4. Place your left hand on your right shoulder. The fingers straight, slowly descend all along the right arm to your hand and fingers.

5. Place hand on inside of left elbow and descend past fingertips.

6. Repeat on right elbow.
