Just in case people were wondering how to see auras, one method:-
1. Get your 'subject' to sit/ stand in front of a light coloured wall, face them some 1.5 / 2 metres away, your eyes level with theirs.
2. Concentrate on their third eye, look straight at it for 2 minutes, gradually start looking through your peripheral vision for about a minute.
3. Take a few deep breaths quietly relax.
4. Then shut your eyes and look up slightly, imagine the physical outline and allow your third eye to to show their energy body.
5. Slowly open your eyes, concentrate your gaze around the outline, eventually you will see.
6. Keep trying and enjoy!
